Boutique hospitality · Identity · Guest experience

A small hotel argued room by room. Identity and the guest sequence, from the first message to the last door held open.

Role
Identity and guest experience direction
Deliverables
Identity, the guest sequence from first message to last door
Outcome
Thirty-two apartments in the diplomatic enclave, argued room by room

A guest’s first contact with the hotel is the message that arrives before they do. A small hotel cannot win on size, so it wins on sequence.

The identity came first, and then every step of it: the message, the threshold, the room, the last door held open on the way out. Thirty-two apartments in the Gulshan diplomatic enclave, a hanging garden on the roof, and a Monirul Islam painting over the lobby.

The story a guest tells afterward, somewhere else, was the brief.
