A quiet tower on Road 71, told as a storyline rather than a listing. Brand direction entire: theme, film, songs and lyrics, every frame held to one voice.
The brief was a residence on Road 71, North Gulshan, for people who do not want to be sold to. So the campaign was built as a storyline instead of a listing: an evening, a threshold, a life inside the rooms, and the product figures kept to a single quiet page.
Theme, storytelling, the films, the songs and their lyrics. The design and experience team carried every frame until it held the house grade; the direction only kept it one voice. It is the work in this record that has made me happiest in years.
Two configurations, 5,200 and 2,700 square feet, every floor with its own view, embassies and clubs for neighbours. The copy says what it must and stops.
A home for the ones who choose quiet.
