Design and facilitation. Teaching executives that restraint is a skill with a syllabus.
Restraint gets talked about as taste, as if it were something you either have or do not. It is not. It is a skill, and a skill has a syllabus.
The foundation course was designed and taught for the people who hold the rooms: ten chapters, from the great conglomerates and the hospitality guilds to the choreography of a table, three hundred reference terms in the lexicon. An introduction to world luxury and the craft of holding a room to its standard.
The hardest lesson in luxury is subtraction, so that is where the teaching starts.
